Three Valleys – Three Day Trek
Thoroughly enjoyed my three-day trek with Atlas Mountain Trekking. Trip was about 30 miles – 8/14/8 with excellent scenery and hiking. Be forewarned – these trails make US National Forest/Park trails look like the Autostrada.

Food on the trip was absolutely fantastic – Hassan has to be the hardest working Muleteer in the business. Guiding was good overall, but not a heck of a lot of content regarding local geology/flora/fauna – I’d advise reading up on that yourself if that’s an area of interest. Plenty of good resources out there.

Accommodations were passable and what you would expect of such a remote corner. Hard to build when you have to carry it all in by mule!

Jamal was incredibly responsive (that was the primary reason I went with AMT – I never got a response from one competitor and the other came back 3-4 days later) and remarkably helpful in getting things set up. i would wholeheartedly recommend any trip with his team.
